Awareness Event for Volunteers

On October 14, volunteers from Baku "Asan Service" Center No. 6 organized a training session titled "Combatting Human Trafficking" for 50 volunteers of center for "Combatting Human Trafficking".
The session was attended by Police Lieutenant Colonel Vamig Namandzade, Chief Operations Commissioner of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and Police Lieutenant Kamil Abdullayev, interpreter-inspector.
Lieutenant Colonel Namandzade provided comprehensive education on combating human trafficking during the session. He covered topics such as the powers of law enforcement in criminal prosecution, interagency collaboration, implementation of preventive and protective measures, the role of "Hotline No. 152," and strategies to address forthcoming challenges.
The training was conducted in a professional setting that encouraged active participation from the volunteers, who posed questions that were thoroughly addressed during the session.
