On June 13-14, 2019, the International Organization for Migration provided training to volunteers of the State Migration Service to raise awareness about the role of diplomatic missions in trafficking in human beings as part of the project "Enhancing National Capacities to Combat Human Trafficking in Azerbaijan".

Lieutenant-colonel Ramil Kazimov, Senior Operational Officer of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking of the Ministry of Internal Affairs made a presentation on the topics regarding the concept and elements of trafficking in human beings, National Action Plan and etc.

At the end of the training, the volunteers were given certificates and memorial photos were taken.
