Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Police Colonel Allazov Rufat Vagif oglu

Born in 1982 in the Russian Federation. In 2005, he graduated from the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has been serving within law enforcement agencies since August 2000. He held various positions within the investigative bodies of the capital, as well as the Investigation and Inquiry Department of the Baku City Main Police Department. During the period of 2022–2025, he served as the Deputy Chief of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and as the Chief of the International Cooperation Department.

In December 2025, he was appointed to the position of Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He is married and has one child.

Deputy Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Police Colonel Safarov Emil Nizami oglu

Born in 1987 in the city of Baku. In 2010, he graduated from the Police Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

He has been serving within law enforcement agencies since August 2005. He served as an Operations Officer within the Criminal Investigation Department of the Khatai District Police Department, and as an Operations Officer, Senior Operations Officer, and Senior Operations Officer for Especially Important Cases at the Main Department on Combating Organized Crime. During the period of 2020–2025, he held the position of Head of Department.

In December 2025, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of the Main Department on Combating Trafficking in Human Beings at the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

He is married and has two children.
